We came from out of town to then check into our hotel late (10:30 pm) and ordered what we thought would be a quick and yummy dinner, however more than an hour later no knock had came no pizza, and our online app had said our pizza had been delivered long ago, with rumbling tummies we decided to get other food, 20 additional minutes later a "Robert" finally comes to our door, as we explain we aren't paying and made other food arrangements he gave us dirty looks and blamed it on us and said we ordered "too late". Very disappointed Monterey Dominos. What a shame. 1.9 miles from our watering mouths and almost a 2 hour wait. NO THANK YOU! Take the pizza and your Attitude back to dominos Mr.October 09, 2016
